Can't Edit a Share Module

I have access to a share module, but when I lock the module and try to change the text I can't.
I already check the privilages of the module and I have read and write access to the module and to the objects.
The objects have the correct settings.

3 - inherited
3.1 - inherited
3.1.1 - specific
3.1.1.1 - inherited
3.1.1.2 - inherited
3.1.1.3 - inherited

If anyone had the same problem please let me know the possible solution.
Thanks,

Hi Doug,

Have you run sharable sections on this module? What is the sharing level you are using?

Yes, It was cofigured to shareable, I don't know up to which level, but i'm sure it was 4th level. How can i know that? Is there a script to check that particular module configuration?

Not quite sure what's going on here, but take a look at the permissions on the objects. It may be that you were given access to the module AFTER the shareable sections were created. In this case the objects with specific access rights would not inherit permissions for you.

First attempt at copying code and attaching a file, forgive ignorance if it doesn't work. Here's two old programs, one is a Layout (or AttrDXL) that displays the current access rights of the module. The 2nd is an on-demand script that filters the module for your shared sections.

// LO-Shared.dxl - Display Object Specific Access Rights.
/*
LO-Shared.dxl displays the specific access records, if any, for the current object. Such objects are
the "Shared Sections" of interest when a module is opened "Edit Shared". The user/group name is displayed
along with its access (e.g. "Admins RMCDA"). Nothing is displayed for Objects with "inherited" access.

Can be used as either Layout or Attribute DXL. For objects with no access records, "null" is dislayed
for Layout wherease a space " " is displayed for attr dxl.

// v 1.0 11 Oct 99 Landale

// 1.2 11 Nov 99 Fixed donOnce -> doneOnce.
// 1.3 29 Nov 99 Added "disp" to accumulate display
// Adjusted "user" name display
